The Transitional Cathedral in Christchurch will host a display of floral costumes by fabric artist Jenny Gillies in February.

"Flowers in Transition 2016" will combine with floral installations by Patricia Proctor. 

Floral passion is the theme of the 11-day display.

Jenny and Patricia have a passion for life and for flowers, and they promise a display that is "exquisite, mysterious, whimsical, profuse, regal and glorious." 

The cathedral will be open daily to the public.
